Admission Office launches Client Connectivity Center
Willemstad – The Admission Office launched its Client Connectivity Center (CCC) on Monday July 15, 2024. The Client Connectivity Center is a digital area where clients can connect digitally with the Admission Office.
The Client Connectivity Center consists of three (3) self-service kiosk. The goal of the kiosks are to effectively transmit information to client who come to seek information personally at the Admission Office, without having to wait in line. The kiosks are connected to all information that is available on our website.
At the kiosk, clients can check the status of their application. If approved, the client can immediately make an appointment at the kiosk. If the client is in need of general information but does not have internet access, they can find all information via the kiosks. If the client has to submit an application via e-mail or online, but does not have an e-mail address, he can create one via the kiosks. Clients who submitted their application online, can also access their dashboard via the kiosks to check the status of their application. These are just some of the services that the Client Connectivity Center currently provides.
The Admission Office encourages all clients that visit their office to make use of the Client Connectivity Center. By using the Client Connectivity Center, clients help us to serve them quickly and efficiently!
