Pick up residence permit

Have you received a positive decision on your application for a temporary residence permit? If so, you can use this page to make an appointment to pick up your residence permit.

Pickup of the permit is by appointment only.

In-person pickup

You must be present in person to pick up your residence permit. The residence permit will be affixed to your passport in the form of a stamp.

What do you need to bring?

If you have received a positive decision, you will receive the residence permit in the form of a stamp in your passport. When picking up the residence permit, you must appear in person and present the following documents:

• A valid passport;
• Proof of payment of the security deposit
• Proof of valid local health insurance, valid for at least 1 year

• The (original) birth certificate with an apostille or legalization for inspection,
• The (original) Certificate of Good Conduct;
